ASSINGMENT DETERMINE YOUR TARGET HEART RATE

To maximize the benefits of  cardiovescular activity you need to reach YOUR TARGET HEART RATE (THR). The assingment is to go to the link provided and determine your max. heart rate and heart rate reserve. To receive  credit for this assingment simply calculate your target heart rate (THR) using the formula provided on paper and bring it to class on or before APRIL 27th.
